What is the initial payment?
The initial payment is paid at the start of your lease and is usually a multiple of your monthly rental (for example 3, 6, 9 or 12 months). A higher initial payment lowers your monthly cost – adjust it using the options above to see how the price changes.
What happens if I go over my mileage?
Each deal has an agreed annual mileage. If you go over the total by the end of your contract, an excess mileage charge per mile applies – shown on this page. Choose a mileage that fits your driving, and talk to us if your needs change.
Personal or business lease – which is right for me?
Personal Contract Hire (PCH) is for individuals, and prices include VAT. Business Contract Hire (BCH) is for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies, with prices shown ex VAT. VAT-registered businesses can usually reclaim 50% of the VAT on a car lease (up to 100% on vans and on the maintenance element). Please check with your accountant for your own circumstances.
Will I need a credit check?
Yes – as with any finance agreement, the funder will carry out a credit check before approving your lease. Our team will guide you through what's needed so there are no surprises.
What happens at the end of my lease?
Simply hand the vehicle back – the finance company arranges collection. It should be returned in a condition that reflects fair wear and tear for its age and mileage. Many customers then move straight into a brand-new vehicle with us.
